Miranda Lambert Breaks Down When She Sees A Soldier’s Sign In The Audience

Singers, with their beautiful voices and lyrics, have the ability to touch lives all over the world. Music is a language anyone can understand, and it can convey emotions that everybody feels.

Singer Miranda Lambert is one of those artists who has been able to touch millions of people, particularly those who love country music. That’s a huge portion of the United States!

So it’s no surprise that her concerts are jam-packed with screaming and crying fans, all trying to get her attention.

She recently performed at the XFINITY Center in Hartford, CT, to a loud crowd and experienced an unforgettable moment.

In this clip by Jim Suller, she starts singing her song “The House That Built Me,” and everyone screams in unison. But just a few seconds into the song, the singer stops. In the audience, she sees a handwritten sign, which she grabs and shows to all the fans.

It wasn’t a sign outrightly claiming love or admiration. It was a sign from a soldier, who, in just a few words, said that her voice was the last one he listened to every night before bed, while on three combat tours. The soldier just wanted to thank her for getting him through the toughest of times!

The singer was so moved by her effect on even just one individual, especially a soldier defending her country, that she broke down into tears onstage!
