Two City Workers Drag A Dog Behind Their Official Vehicle And Get Secretly Taped

After being dragged behind a city vehicle, a one-year-old pit bull only suffered minor bruises and cuts. The dog was intentionally dragged behind an official city truck in Buenos Aires, and the two council workers responsible have been fired. A horrified motorist caught the incident on her cellphone and posted it on social media.

The terrified dog was able to stay with the truck for a little while, but then as the truck accelerated, he was dragged along the ground. The two men responsible will face animal cruelty charges according to Tigre’s Mayor Julio Zamora. The men worked for a council-run business called COT, which is responsible for more than 800 CCTV cameras.
