The pelican now known as “Big Bird” was separated from his flock. That’s when Jeffrey the camp manager of a safari park decided to take him. “He’s adopted camp as his flock now. We’ve been teaching him pretty much everything he needs to know,” says Jeffrey. However, without his flock, it’s been a struggle for Big Bird to learn the skills he needs to thrive — they even needed to teach Big Bird how to fly.
