Cats show affection by rubbing on you, they wind around your legs and rub on you. Dogs show affection by licking, or slobbering or – well, you get the idea! Generally, cats and dogs don’t love on each other – I mean what self-respecting cat is going to even touch a stinky canine! This video shows what appears to be love between a cat and dog!

The kitty is very aggressive with affection, rubbing on, walking under, and pushing up on her back legs to get closer to the dogs’ face. She tries with some success, the ‘head bump’ cats are so fond of doing. It is hard to say if the dog is returning the affection or just enjoying the love.

He seems to have one eye on the camera, so maybe he is just holding back his love for when he isn’t being watched. Whatever the case, this not their first encounter! Share away, people!
