This Mom Was Sick Of People In Her Office Stealing Her Creamer. So She Gets Revenge. But How? LOL!

Have you ever reached into the office fridge and found that your food was gone? Some nasty, inconsiderate person stole your leftovers from last night’s incredible dinner, or the special treat you picked up for yourself on the way to work. Or, the absolute worst: first thing in the morning you learn that someone else has used up the last of your creamer?

Office food theft is a despicable crime. But what can you do? No one ever fesses up to it. And no one will rat out a suspicious party. It’s too risky. Well, one woman exacted a horrifying revenge upon her office fridge bandit. You won’t believe what she did! Here’s the story:

After learning that a colleague of hers had been “sneaking” her cream to put in their own coffee without asking first, she was furious. Instead of making a scene, she decided to be sneaky right back and carry out her vengeance in a much more memorable way.

She posted the story to Reddit, serving as a warning to all now and future office food thieves. The story started off with a photo of her Coffee-mate creamer with a post-it note attached, which read: “Good morning! To whomever has been enjoying my coffee creamer all week…Surprise!!! You’ve been drinking my breast milk. Hope you’ve enjoyed. Cheers!”

To top it off with a twist of humor, she added, “It’s organic. So no worries.”
The photo was also shared on Facebook courtesy of the popular mother’s page Breastfeeding Mama Talk. Within just three hours, the image garnered more than 12,000 likes, over 2,500 shares and a mixed bag of emotions and reactions from social media users.

Some encouraged the woman’s plot.

“I would find out who it was and charge them for the great nutritional supplement they got for free.”

“Bet they felt great that week and didn’t know why!”

Others scolded her deviousness.

“Disgusting woman.”

“It is illegal to adulterate food stuffs, period.”

Some told similar anecdotes.

“Someone at work made a cat food sandwich after their sandwich kept getting stolen.”

Others still shared personal stories. Maybe too personal.

“If I run out of milk or creamer I use breast milk. It’s seriously the best coffee creamer.” Tell that to the folks at Organic Valley!

If this doesn’t seem all that shocking or unappetizing to you, you may be interested to know about the work of Miriam Simun, a breast milk cheese maker who recently served up her creations—among them varieties named The Wisconsin Bang, City Funk, and Sweet Air Equity—at an exhibition and social experiment at a New York gallery.

And, as reported by Reuters, in 2015, a New York chef served diners at his restaurant cheese made from his wife’s milk, while just earlier this year an ice cream parlor in London began buying women’s breast milk and turning it into frozen treats.

What do you think of this story? Is consuming human breast milk gross? Is what this woman did wrong, or was it just what the fridge bandit needed to learn his or her lesson?
