Out on a pleasant walk, a dog an his owner cross a bridge. Suddenly the dog seems to be getting excited about something. Does he see someone he knows? Maybe he’s asking for a treat? This must have happened before, because the owner knows just what the dog wants.

The dog jumps up, prancing around his owner. Then he even stands on his back legs, and ends up sort of hugging his owner’s hips and holding on as they walk. This funny scene only lasts a little while before the owner decides to give in. Once off the bridge, he squats down so his dog can climb onto his back! The happy dog jumps on, his front legs on his owner’s shoulders and his back legs around his waist, almost like a child getting a piggy-back ride. Supporting his dog with his hands under the dog’s back legs, the owner continues their walk. From his taller, more comfortable perch, the dog can now enjoy this walk even more, looking at all the other dogs who have to go on normal walks. What a sweet thing for that owner to do, showing just how much he loves his dog!
