For those of us who are really attached to our long hair, it can literally feel like we’re cutting off a limb when we go in for anything shorter than a trim. Once as a teen, I decided to cut off all my hair and go with a pixie cut.
After the ol’ chop, I remember getting teary-eyed. I hadn’t really thought things through and instantly regretted my decision.
