Frantic Mom Calls 911 After Family Boat Capsizes And Her 2-Year-Old Is Lost In The Dark Water

Brossard’s boat hit an object in the water and capsized, sending her family into the water. While Brossard and her husband were able to get ahold of 9-month-old daughter Charlotte, 23-month-old Kennedy was nowhere to be found. Her parents could hear her cries, but couldn’t find her anywhere in the water. They were frantic to find her. Brossard called 911 and police were immediately on the scene, searching the Indian River for the lost little girl.
