The project is not just about making the uber rich feel at ease but more importantly and thankfully is aimed at the sustenance of endangered marine species, with the seahorse being one of them. The developers have created artificial coral reefs to lure marine life towards the villas where they can safely live and breed.

The floating villa has three levels. The middle or sea level deck that is equipped with a spa is covered on all sides by steamed glass, the upper deck and the lower or submerged master bedroom gives you a limitless view of the marine life through its complete glass walls.

These luxury stationery boats are priced at $1.8 million (USD) and out of the 42 villas that have been built, already 35 have been sold.

The homes are expected to be inhabited by the wealthy by 2017 but the good news is that it is already been made a home by the marine life.
