By the use of a cookie cutter, punch a hole in the middle of the bread slice.
Smear the butter on both sides of the bread before putting it on the frying pan. It’s better to do one at a time.
Place the buttered bread on the pan and leave it for a minute before turning it on the other side.
Pour some little olive oil into the bread hole to prevent the egg from sticking onto the pan.
Crack the egg and pour it into the bread hole and leave it for two minutes to turn white.
