Cesar Galeana, a 7-year-old boy is being called a hero after he pulled a drowning 2-year-old toddler from his neighborhood pool.
Cesar told news reporters that he was simply on his way to his cousin’s house to play video games when he heard a “splash.” The curious child then peered through the fence surrounding the pool and noticed an unattended toddler struggling in the waters.
