Worst Boss Ever: Chinese Employer Requires Female Workers To Kiss Him Every Day

An employer of an unnamed company in Beijing, China has the unusual morning ritual of forcing his female workers to kiss him at the start of every workday. Talk about sexual harassment!

According to a report by Carbonated.TV, the male boss has “made it mandatory” for his lady employees to “line up and kiss” him each day. For what purpose, you ask? Well he believes that it is a good way to “enhance corporate culture” and “foster good relationships among colleagues.”

What a complete jerk!

A male employer of a Beijing-based company requires his female workers to kiss him every morning.

To make matters worse, it isn’t even just a quick peck on the cheek but the boss demands that they kiss him on the lips. The workers have to put up with this disgusting practice every morning between 9:00 to 9:30 a.m.

A Shanghaiist report also tells us that the company “mostly employs women” and, as you can see on the video itself, none of them are “enthusiastic about the practice.” We can only conclude that they’re giving in to the unusual demand just to keep their jobs. So far, only two employees have resigned rather than oblige to the practice.

Unfortunately, most of the women are giving in to the absurd practice for fear of losing their jobs.

A video has recently surfaced online via Weibo, a popular social media site in China, earlier this month and it immediately went viral.

We can only hope that with the help of the viral video, the identity of the boss gets exposed soon and that charges will be filed against him. He deserves to be punished for his gross misconduct and abuse of power.
