Tommy Adams is making a strong argument that the kids are, in fact, quite alright. During the frigid winters in Nottoway County, Va., Adams opted not to waste snow days playing video games or watching TV. Instead, a February 18 report from WTVR 6 CBS reveals that the 18-year-old high school senior would tend to his neighbors, removing ice and snow from their driveways and walkways. Adams was heading home from the DMV with his mother, Teresa, when the young man suddenly requested that she stop the vehicle. Adams saw something that didn’t seem right. There’s an elderly man with a walker trying to shovel snow, Adams told his mother according to WTVR 6, ‘I’ll help him out’
