These Teen Girls Attacked A 62-Year-Old Man For Asking Them To Get Off His Lawn

GET OFF MY LAWN.

It’s a phrase synonymous with grumpy old people from the neighborhood who probably hold some very offensive views about the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and who’s probably responsible for the dropping property values in their neighborhood.

There’s always that one crotchety old person in the town that can’t stand humanity and you just can’t stand them. So you avoid talking to them or bothering them because at the end of the day they’re old. Only a total freaking jerk would get in a fight with an old person.

Like these two teen girls who were arrested for assaulting a 62-year-old man who simply asked them not to sit in his yard.

The altercation happened in Syracuse, New York. The old man can be seen stumbling after the girls who booked it immediately after punching the man in the face and slapping the hat off of his head.

The video was put on Facebook, when a user, possibly in an ode to senior citizens everywhere, uploaded it in the most old-person way imaginable.

Videotaping a video on a phone? Really?

This is the video of the kids from Cocoran High School who assaulted this old man. I have given it to the local Syracuse news & police who I hope will get justice for this man.. this is sad, ignorant & disgusting! Please share in hopes that it lands in the right hands & these children are held accountable!! #JUSTICEforHIM

Horrible video uploading aside, people were absolutely disgusted with the acts of the girls in the shocking footage, which was shared over 18,000 times.

Some commenters, however, tried justifying the actions of the teens.

The teens were ultimately identified and arrested the next day for assaulting the elderly man. They were charged with misdemeanor and third-degree assault.
