Refusing To Give Up On ‘Dangerous’ Horse, This Free Rider Ends Up Forming A Very Strong Bond

Alycia Burton helps rehabilitate “dangerous” horses. The young woman says this has given her purpose and a new outlook on life. Burton rose to fame when videos and pictures of her jumping on a horse bareback and bridle-less surfaced started surfacing on the net. But it wasn’t an easy journey for this spirited free rider.

Alycia dropped out of high school when she was 15. She decided to quit her job at a local bank and became self-employed. She lived in a garage and spent her free time training and shoeing horses, giving lessons, and rehabilitating horses with behavioral issues. Now she goes all over New Zealand training them. She is close to one horse in particular. He is named Banjo. The big guy travels with her and they have an amazing synchronization with one another.
