How to make a Rainbow Rose?

The rainbow rose is a rose which has its petals artificially colored. The  video explains method of how  water is drawn up the stem.  This is done by splitting the stem and dipping each part in different colored water.The colors then get drawn into the petals resulting in a multicolored rose.
