Sgt. Todd Burnside responded to a noise complaint from neighbors in Carrollton, Texas. When he got to the scene, Burnside turned on his body cam to record the encounter. He discovered a group of men gathered outside an apartment complex. They were all huddled in a parking lot. Sgt. Burnside pulled up to the group and asked them if they were having a party.

One man said they were having dance practice! Turns out that David Opegbemi and his groomsman were having a secret dance practice to prepare for David’s upcoming wedding!
